Based on the modeling language extensions included in the new version of Analog Insydes, a completely new model library concept was developed. Analog Insydes now comes with a predefined model library providing full-precision SPICE-compatible models for the most important devices such as R, L, C, Diode, BJT, MOSFET, and JFET. Moreover, three model simplification levels can be selected when setting up circuit equations to control the complexity of symbolic analysis.
